Manuel is an award-winning journalist with 20 years of experience with local, state and federal politics and policymaking. He has worked and provided analysis for television, radio and online media outlets.

Manuel also has experience with videography, photography and public relations, and has a strong background in political science and international relations.

Manuel graduated from American University with a degree in journalism and a minor in international relations. He has a master’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
